Noodle with pork recipe
Noodles are my favorite things to eat. With meat, chicken, seafood, pork ... a lot of pork ... yes sir.
In my refrigerator there is always pork, usually in the form of ribs or loin. But ribs are not going to talk because I'm writing this post at 11:51 at night, and at this time is harmful to mental health to think about those things huh?.
This dish Tagliatelle with pork I made it with pieces of leg chopped in squares. The secret is to leave marinating the meat for at least 1 hour in advance (2 hours is better and 3 is incredible).
The marinade was:
- The meat of pork minced in pictures (I calculated 150 gr per person)
- Garlic and ginger crushed in a mortar
- A little soy sauce from the dark
- A stream of white wine
- A stream of lemon (but a little)
- A couple of tablespoons of honey
- Pinch of salt
- Sesame oil
While marinade, boil a serving of noodles and take them out of the heat about 3 minutes before they are ready.
Then you're going to sauté the pork in a wok. The idea is that during cooking, caramelize and hold a bright brown color.
It is important that you reserve the juice that should have remained in the container you used for the marinade.
When the pork is ready, you take it out of the pan, and without turning it off you go to take the juice of the marinade, plus a little water, a spoonful of oyster sauce, another of soy sauce and let it boil a couple of minutes. Then you are going to put back the pieces of pork and then the noodles. Stir, let cook for a few minutes. You turn out, serve and place chopped chives on top.
